Shipping Rates
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Product costs, standard shipping fees, and base tariff charges are included in your order total for transparency.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days (average 2 days) for your order to be processed before it ships.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Origin
To ensure the best product availability and pricing, some items may ship from international warehouses or supplier fulfillment centers.
Because of this, orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once processed, your order will ship out. Please note that total delivery times include both processing and shipping time.

US Suppliers to US Addresses:
2–7 business days
Global Shipping (including international warehouses):
12–15 business days
(Total estimated delivery time: 11–18 days)
Brazil:
Delivery may take up to 110 days in some cases due to customs processing and regional logistics.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control including customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Product costs, shipping fees, and base tariff charges are included in your order total for transparency.
However, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location and local regulations.
For shipments to the United States, tariff fees for imports from China are already included in our shipping costs to ensure transparent pricing. However, additional customs duties or import taxes may still be assessed by US customs authorities upon delivery.
As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
For international orders outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes may also apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify or redirect the shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the delivery of the package.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If a package is returned to the carrier due to:

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
